Dear FSLC Families,

Looking ahead, we have several exciting events planned:

  •        Veterans Day Parade: November 11,  PACE group walk 

                                                                              (Patriotic Americans for Constitutional Education)

  • November 20th - Thanksgiving Feast: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM Families are welcome to attend and enjoy a delicious meal with us. If bringing food, please bring it by 11:00 or send it with the student.

  • December 18th - Christmas Party: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM We look forward to celebrating the holiday season together! Families are invited to participate in the festivities. More information will be sent out closer to the event.

ESA Sign Up

Join Our Parenting Community

At Fivestar, we strongly believe in supporting children who require additional assistance that their school district may not provide. To ensure our school gets the correct funding for your child, we ask parents to sign up for an ESA fund, which helps cover enrollment costs. Please click the button below to be redirected to the Arizona ESA fund site, where you can register your child. Once you receive the funds within 20 to 60 days, you can give the amount to the school to cover your student's tuition.

My name is:

Shawna Standal

I have dedicated my career to education, fueled by a deep passion for teaching and ensuring that my students reach their full potential. To enhance my ability to inspire and guide young minds, I pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor's degree in Education, along with Associate's degrees in Art and Liberal Arts and Science. When the school I previously worked at closed its doors, I turned this challenge into an opportunity for growth and innovation. I established a school that prioritizes meeting children's unique needs, creating a nurturing environment where they can thrive.

Shawna has been a proud resident of Lake Havasu since 1986. She is the devoted mother of four children, including one adopted child whom she continues to raise with care and dedication.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. GraceLearningCenter is fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Fully conformant means that the content fully conforms to the accessibility standard without any exceptions.
